I never forget the subjects that have always inspired me to create throughout my life. One of these earliest inspirations was Pokémon, and the years of enjoyment that the franchise has brought me. These subjects serve as a nostalgic way to break through any creative blocks that I may encounter in my work.
This illustration is a tribute to the 25th Anniversary celebrated in 2021. As an interesting detail, the starter Pokémon that were introduced to the series in the first 10 years (1996-2006) are contained within the first X, the second 10 years (2006-2016) within the second X, and the last 5 years in the V (2016-2021). And you can't have Pokémon without a shiny variant, so you'll find that version included below as well.
